WHAT: Los Angeles Zoo’s annual Big Bunny’s Spring Fling event is expected  to draw thousands. This event features an exciting puppet show, music with Dan Crow, cute and fuzzy bunnies to pet and various Spring Sing  Shows. Bunny related crafts and activities include Be-A-Bunny Ear Craft, Funny Bunny Face Painting and children can plant and take home  their very own carrot seeds! In addition (for a nominal fee), Big Bunny  will be available for souvenir photos.

WHEN: Official Kick-Off Press Event Friday, March 21 at 9:30am with City of Los Angeles Councilmember Tom LaBonge, Fourth District

WHERE: Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens, 5333 Zoo Drive, Griffith Park
Booths and activities are planned at Eucalyptus Grove and Treetops Terrace
Kick-off press event will be at Eucalyptus Grove. Please park in the main lot and check in at ticket booth number 11.

The Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens is located in Griffith Park at the junction of the Ventura (134) and Golden State (5) freeways. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 2 to 12. The Zoo is open from 10am to 5pm daily. For general information, call 323/644-4200.
