Through a variety of fun, age appropriate, educational hands-on activities, stories, art, games and adventures on Zoo grounds, Critters N’ Kids takes you and your child on an investigative exploration of the Zoo’s animal collection, such as fabulous flamingos or loveable lemurs. Each class is approximately 90-minutes long.

Ages 3 to 4, with an adult (limit one)
Members: $18 per child/adult pair
Nonmembers: $23 per child/adult pair
Class times*: 10am weekdays, 10am and 1pm, weekends
Registration begins one month prior to the class date.
*Your confirmation letter is required for class admission.

Spectacular Spiders

Spin on in for a web full of fun as we explore the fascinating world of spiders. Through hands-on activities, stories, and art we’ll discover how spiders catch and eat their prey, spin webs, and make our homes safer.
October 8 (Wednesday), 9 (Thursday), 10 (Friday), and 11 (Saturday)

 

Giddy About Goats

Join us down on the farm for a good ol' time with goats. We'll hoof our way through the life history of these domestic animals, create a goatee masterpiece, and of course kid around.
