Parking: FREE (On select days throughout the year, the L.A. Zoo offers Preferred Parking for a $5 charge, payable on-site.)
Military Discount
The Los Angeles Zoo offers a discount to active and retired military personnel and their immediate family (spouse and children). Please present a valid military ID at the time of ticket purchase and receive $3 off a regular adult admission and $2 off a regular child admission (ages 2-12). This discount can not be combined with any other discount offer.
Group Discounts
If you'll be attending the Zoo with a party of 15 or more people, you can purchase group-rate tickets at the prices listed below.

Two Great Attractions, One Low Price!
Visit the Los Angeles Zoo and the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach for one great price:

Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the wonders of nature from the depths of the ocean to the plains of Africa for one great price. Less than an hour’s drive away, the Zoo and the Aquarium can both be visited in one day or on separate days.

Please note that the Zoo starts putting animals in for the night at 4pm.
Ticket sales cease one hour prior to closing time.
Protect and Respect
Please do not feed the animals. All of the Zoo's animals need special diets to stay healthy and the wrong food can make them sick. Feeding the animals may result in removal from the Zoo.
On Zoo Grounds and Commercial Photography
The Los Angeles Zoo reserves the right to photograph, videotape, or film our visitors, on Zoo grounds, for self-promotional purposes.
The commercial use of photographs, video, and film taken during your visit is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the Los Angeles Zoo.
Indian Rhino Encounter Tour

Tickets for small group rhino VIP tours are now available every Saturday, Sunday, and on holidays at 1pm for $10 at the Admissions entrance. (Zoo admission fee not included).
- General visitors may purchase tickets onsite at any Admissions window.
- Members may purchase tickets onsite at Admissions Window #11.
- All participants must sign the Waiver and Release of Claims form included on the eTicket.
- The minimum age requirement is four years old.
- Please arrive early as spots are limited to 25 participants and given on a first-come, first-served basis!
