Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone to enjoy the Zoo and connect with nature and wildlife. For the health and safety of our guests and the animals, some exhibits and programming are currently unavailable.

Per the latest research and recommendations, all mammals are now considered vulnerable to contracting COVID-19. Therefore, for the health and welfare of the animals in our care, some habitats and experiences will remain closed or have restricted access to ensure physical distancing. Please see the list below. The majority of animal exhibits will be accessible to guests.

While you’re at the Zoo, hop aboard our tram for a quick trip from one end of the park to the other. You can get on and off at six different stops as often as you like during your visit.

Muriel’s Ranch Contact Yard

With the latest research suggesting that all mammals – not just primates and big cats – may be vulnerable to COVID-19, we have decided to resume closure of our Muriel’s Ranch contact yard effective immediately.

Featuring 64 unique hand-carved wooden figures and a universally accessible standing chariot, the carousel is located next to Treetops Terrace.
