The Los Angeles Zoo is committed to offering delicious options using local, sustainable ingredients.
Reggie’s Bistro
Open Daily: 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Weekdays; 10 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. on Weekends (until 4 p.m. on holidays)
Featuring fresh salads, wraps, burgers, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. Located next to the International Marketplace gift shops and our famous North American alligator, Reggie. Pepsi products, craft beers, and California wines are available.
Zoo Grill
Open Daily, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (until 4:30 p.m. on holidays)
Serving hot and cold sandwiches, chicken tenders, healthy kids’ meals, specialty salads, and ice-cold drinks. Choose indoor or outdoor seating. Find us at the entrance to the Winnick Family Children’s Zoo.
Sweet Treats
Hours vary by location
Serving soft serve ice cream, Icee’s, cotton candy, popcorn, and sodas. With two locations—next to Zoo Grill (open weekdays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. & weekends/holidays, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and Mahale Café (weekends and holidays only, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
Bean Sprouts Café
Open Weekends, 11 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (until 3:30 p.m. on holidays)
Specializing in healthy, allergy-friendly foods for visitors of all ages, Bean Sprouts offers an award-winning kids’ menu that sparks young appetites and imaginations. Featuring pizzas, smoothies, and sandwiches as well as “Imaginibbles”—themed hand-held foods designed to make healthy eating fun.
Churro Factory
Open Daily, 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Weekdays; & 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on Weekends/Holidays
Serving our famous hot cinnamon sugar churros and ice-cold Pepsi products. Try our not-to-be-missed churro sundae with chocolate sauce and whipping cream. Also serving pretzels, popcorn, and beverages.
Fork in the Road
Open Weekends Only, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pizza by the slice and Golden Road beer on tap.
Mahale Café
Open Daily, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (hours may vary during slow season)
Featuring pizza by the slice, grilled chicken and burger baskets, kids’ meals, hot dogs, salads, and deli sandwiches. Outdoor seating allows for stunning views of the giraffes. Draft and canned beer available.
