A Honig representative will be on hand at the dinner to introduce each wine. Core to Honig’s mission is “our responsibility to preserve resources and sustain the environment.” Honig family members and employees have been committed to environmentally sound practices for decades. Their Napa Green and California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance certifications are components of an overall sustainable culture encompassing the Honig vineyard, winery, and business. Visit Honig Vineyard & Winery for more information about their sustainability efforts.

The featured “conservation conversation” will take place at the LAIR, which is home to a dazzling array of rare and endangered species, many of which can be seen at no other zoo in the world.
